When a contractor develops a neighborhood or builds a home considering how that's neighborhood of homes will fit into the surrounding area or how the home will fit into the neighborhood is perhaps the most important consideration.
Will this neighborhood be attractive to the community? Will the residents be able to use the sidewalks - adding street lamps beautifies the area and adds to safety?
